  • 1 Thessalonians Chapter 2 Part 1
There is an emphasis upon the gospel. Because it's only through that good news that we can see lives change lives brought into what God created each person to be. Without the gospel, you are without hope, without the work of Messiah in your life, you are broken eternally. And you are cut off from the goodness of God, the love of God, the forgiveness of God and the victory that God wants to share with you. Take out your Bible, and look with me to First Thessalonians and chapter two, First Thessalonians chapter two. Now, Paul, he is writing this epistle with influence from other men, men such as Timothy, in order to convey biblical truth to this congregation. This is a godly group of people that Paul is rejoicing with, for how God is using them their testimony, as we talked about last week, that goes far beyond their city.

  • 1 Thessalonians Chapter 1
Tonight, we're going to begin a new book, Paul's first epistle to the Thessalonians. So I'd invite you to take out your Bible and look there with me first Thessalonians and chapter one. Now in this first chapter, and our hope is that we'll complete chapter one and this study, Paul, he brings greetings he exalts this congregation as a congregation that has a mighty testimony is one that is indeed influencing others not just in their normal location of where they reside, but also in a very unnormal way, touching people in different parts of the world, having a testimony and impact in faraway places. And that's what God wants for his people. God can do such great things by using us and touching people that can be around the world. You never know how God is going to use you. The things that you say you don't know who's listening.

  • Habakkuk 3 Part 2
Last week, we began Chapter Three of the prophecy of Habakkuk. And we saw that this entire third chapter is a prayer by the prophet, we saw that that there is a reason to rejoice that God is going to bring encouragement and comfort, he is going to bring restoration. But in this second half of the prayer, and by the way, from a language standpoint, when we look at the text, we find some difficult words. Now, many times when you read a translation, the translators have made it easier to understand. But when you wrestle with the original language, these help this interpretation. This summarizing and clarifying is not there. And therefore, indeed, this latter half of chapter three is a difficult passage. And perhaps it might help that we look at it and summarize what we're going to be studying. So when we look at the specifics, it might be somewhat easier for us to understand.

  • Revelation Shorts Episode 16 - The antichrist
Shalom and welcome to Israel. In this episode of revelation shorts, we're going to focus in on the Antichrist. And we're going to learn a few things about the Antichrist, his character, what he's about and what he will do. Now, the first thing we need to remember that in the last days, there's going to be two beasts. According to Daniel, chapter eight, the first one is called the RAM, it is going to be out of what's known as prace omy die. This is the old Persian and Meads. Today, it centers around Iran. And there's going to be a coalition of nations that form this empire, this empire known as the RAM is going to cause great havoc and problems and instability in the world. It's going to bring about a sense of hopelessness and despair. But what's going to happen, there's going to be a nother beast that rises up, this one the Scripture tells us is going to be out of Europe. And this base is called the goat.

  • Psalm Chapter 63
There are two words which sound very similar. But spiritually, they are very different. And I'm speaking about the word comfortable, and comfort. You see, today, people want to be in a comfortable situation. They go and they buy a pair of shoes and they want them to be comfortable. That means they feel good right to them. But many times being in God's Will isn't a comfortable situation. It can be very uncomfortable. And here's the key. At those times, what are we called to do seek the god of comfort. It's not by accident or coincidence, that the Holy Spirit He is called the comforter. Likewise, Messiah himself is commanded by God the Father, to bring comfort to his people. So we're not called to seek that which is comfortable to us. We're called to obedience, and in the midst of obeying God, doing His will being where God wants us to be.there are two words which sound very similar. But spiritually, they are very different. • Isaiah chapter 54 Part 1
The Bible makes it clear that God is not finished with Israel, neither the people of Israel nor the land of Israel. And one of the purposes for God's faithfulness to Israel, is for a testimony that the nations who have come to faith in a New Covenant, the covenant of Messiah, sure that is Jesus Christ, those who have believed in him have entered into this new covenant of eternal redemption, they can be assured that God is going to keep that covenant, because they see God's faithfulness to the covenant that he made with Israel, a covenant of blessing, a covenant, that the promise was related to the land. Now, as we approach the last days, and I truly believe we are, we see that the Jewish people, more than in the last 2000 years are in the land of Israel.

  • Habakkuk 3 Part 1
We all do need that restoration, that renewal in our life that God and only God can bring about. And as recipients of the Holy Spirit because we have entered into that new covenant, we have been sealed. That is our salvation. We have been sealed as those who have been saved by God's grace. And we have evidence of this salvation, because of the indwelling Spirit of God within us the Holy Spirit, and therefore through his anointing and is working. All things are possible. And we can experience that renewal that edification, that power to bring about change in our life, and restore us back to where God would have us to be.

  • Habakkuk 2 Part 2
In this message, we're going to conclude Habakkuk and chapter two. And we seen in this study up until this time, that God is going to use the kazoo theme that is the child Dean's the Babylonians in order to bring punishment upon his people. But we need to always remember that this punishment is limited, limited in its scope. And in its time, God has said 70 years and no more will the children of Israel be in this Babylonian captivity. And then God is going to move to bring about freedom and liberty to renew his call upon His people, that they might position themselves back in the land, and that they might embrace the heritage that God has given to His people.

  • Habakkuk 1 Part 2
God, he uses whatever he chooses, in order that his purposes might be fulfilled. And we saw that last week as we began the study of the prophecy of Habakkuk, that God was not pleased with his people. And before we get started, we should ask ourselves that question, always take the word of God and make it personal. Apply it to your life, ask yourself, Is God please with me? Am I doing the things that I ought to be doing? Or am I reflecting more of Israel at that time, when there was corruption and wickedness when his word that laws of God were being ignored and forgotten? Where am I spiritually? This is a question that we should always bring before God, knowing what his thoughts of us are truly based upon, based upon His will His purposes in his work.
