  • Revelation Shorts The 7 Bowls of God's Wrath
Moses spoke of the wrath of God, all the prophets, they too spoke of the wrath of God. When we get into the new covenant in the gospels, we see that you're sure that is our Lord and Savior, the very Son of God, he too spoke of God's wrath, as did Paul the Apostle. And many of the other writers of the New Testament, they spoke of God's wrath. But it's not until we get to the book of Revelation, John being the author, that he spoke in some very clear manner concerning the wrath of God, and what the wrath of God would bring about. So it's with this in mind that I'd like to bring to you this latest edition of revelation shorts. Take out your Bible, and look with me if you would, to the book of Revelation, and chapter 15, the book of Revelation, and chapter 15, we're going to look briefly at two chapters, chapters 15, and 16. And let me begin by saying this as a way of introduction, I mentioned, all these authors in the Bible spoke frequently. And clearly, there's the wrath of God.

  • Psalm Chapter 61
The Bible reveals that prayer is powerful. That prayer brings about a change that prayer causes one who is outside of God's will to be brought into the heart of the purposes of God. So one of the things that we have to ask ourselves is this. Am I really committed to God's Will his purposes, if you are prayer will be the foundation of your life. Through prayer, you'll make decisions through prayers, you'll find God's provision so that you can serve him effectively. But if you're not interested in God's will, that you're about your desires, your wants, your purpose is your plans, then prayer is going to be something that you do in frequently ...

  • Romans Chapter 7 Part 2
Do you have a proper and scripturally based understanding of the law of Moses? Many people do not. And the reason for that is they think that the Spirit leads one way. And the law leads another that these two things the spirit and the law, are in conflict with one another. But what does Paul say for example, in the book of Romans and chapter eight, and verse four, he says, Those who walk in the Spirit, not in the flesh, but in the spirit. These are the ones that fulfill the righteousness of law. We're going to find in our study today that when one walks in the Spirit, He will fulfill the righteousness of the law. But what's the problem? Until one is born again, let me say it another way, until one receives the gospel, that person is in the flesh. And the scripture says, When you're in the flesh, you're not going to fulfill the righteousness of the law, but you are going to fulfill sin, sinful desires, and therefore you will be heading for judgment.

  • Romans Chapter 7 Part 1
what role does the law of Moses have in your life? Now, many believers will say this. I'm a New Testament believer, therefore the law is done away with it no longer has any relevance for me. The question that we have to answer is this. Is that accurate? Would the Apostle Paul agree with such statements? What we're going to do is begin a very significant chapter, chapter seven, in the book of Romans, and Paul speaks a great deal about the law of Moses. And we need to see what Paul says about this. Now, before we get started, realize this.

  • 2 Timothy 3 Part 2
The apostle Paul had a testimony, a testimony that spoke to two things. First, Paul's faithfulness, he received the faithfulness of God and that faithfulness was displayed in his life, through his behavior through his words. And then the second thing that we can be assured of is that when we behave in faith, we are going to be rejected by this world. And Paul is going to teach us that this is something that is going to get worse, we've seen this, in our previous study of this same chapter, it's going to get worse and not better in the last days. And therefore perseverance, patience, being someone who's willing to suffer or long. All of these are the characteristics of a true believer, and Paul, once young Timothy, to know this truth, and to apply it to his life, that he too, has a testimony, a god pleasing testimony. And obviously, we are studying it tonight in order that we too, can live in a manner that is pleasing to our Lord and Savior, that honors his name. And that demonstrates our covenant or relationship with Him.

  • Isaiah-Chapter-51-Part1
The prophecy of Isaiah has many marvelous words for the reader, words of hope and
encouragement, words of salvation and deliverance, words that speak about blessings that God
has for His people. But the question that we need to ask ourselves is this When God reveals
these wonderful things, as he's going to do in this study, is in fact, he's speaking these things to
you and to me, are we going to be the recipient of these prophetic promises? And to answer
that question, to get your Bible and look with me to Isaiah, and chapter 51, the book of Isaiah,
and chapter 51. Now God's going to begin to address his people in a very specific manner, he's
    going to give commands

  • Isaiah Chapter 52 Part 1
Do you have confidence in God? Meaning this? Do you believe and trust God fully as believers in Messiah, as those who have received that gospel message, we should be fully assured that what God has said, what he has promised, we are going to be the recipients of all of this, why God is faithful. And a great example of God's faithfulness is how he will deal with Israel. In the last days, you see those who teach that God has replaced Israel that God has has broken that covenant and said no more to those people and their future. All of that cannot be supported when we look at Prophecy. When we look at prophecy, God tells us that we should anticipate a wonderful restoration, a restoration that will come at the very end of Daniel's 70th week, those final seven years, Israel will go through a very intense time of suffering, of trials of tribulation, but in the end, there will be a remnant those who are still alive. They will witness messiahs Second Coming, his deliverance, his victory for his people. And they are going to call upon Him and be saved.

  • Romans Chapter 6 Part 2
How is it that you would describe yourself? That is what are you? If you answer biblically, you would have to answer this way. I am a slave, that's for certain. The only thing that's in question is this, To whom are you a slave. And there's only two possibilities. You are either a slave to unrighteousness, which means your master is the devil or you are a slave to righteousness. And that means your master is Messiah, Yeshua, Jesus Christ. So ask yourself again, who do I belong to? Am I in a covenantal relationship with God through the perfect work of Messiah? Sure, that has redeemed me and caused me to be a new creation. Well take out your Bible, and look with me if you would to the book of Romans and chapter six, the book of Romans and chapter six. Now we see that Paul begins where we left off last week in verse 12. And he says, Therefore, now we have to ask ourselves, what has he just said in the previous verse, He's revealed something for one who's in that covenant or relationship that is a follower, a disciple, a believer in the gospel, he tells us and its command, he says, Consider yourself dead to sin, but made a life in and through Messiah Shu, whereby he now becomes the master of your life.

  • Romans Chapter 6 Part 1
We come across the concept of baptism primarily in the New Testament. And many people
wrongly think that it was John the Baptist, that kind of invented it. But this was not the case. When we look at the biblical backgrounds, that is the history of Judaism, and I'm speaking
about biblical Judaism, what's recorded. In the Old Testament, we find that there are hints to
things that were done by the priests and the Levites, prior to serving God, and what was that
they would wash themselves. And that washing was indeed, a baptism. See, we know as
believers, that baptism pictures, the death, burial, and resurrection of Messiah, that is true. But
baptism was also something that was done by priests and Levites, and others, in order to be
used by God. It involves a change of status from that which was common or normal, we might
use that word from that which is set apart for a holy purpose.

  • Isaiah Chapter 51 Part 2
Studying prophecy is like many other things. The more you do something, usually, the better
you become at that. And the same is true with prophecy. The more you study prophecy, the
better you are going to become, in discerning God's message his prophetic truth to his people.
One of the things that people who study prophecy quickly learn is that prophecy, most
prophecy in the Scripture is poetic. And therefore, to understand it, one must apply the laws of
Hebrew poetry, to prophecy, in order to rightly understand what is being said. Now, there's
another important aspect of prophecy. And that is that in prophecy, we see that things are
repeated, in order for us to have a right understanding. For example, we are studying the
prophecy of Isaiah, and we've come across that term, the suffering servant, and I've made
mention that some will say that suffering servant is Israel, the Jewish people, and others will
say it's Messiah. And what's the right answer?
