Goodbye 2021 • You made it, and didn’t even think you would. You got through it and didn’t even think you could. We are welcoming 2022 with open arms and letting go all the weight of 2021, tune into this episode to get some more excitement and encouragement going into this year!

We’ve all heard the saying, “Everybody can’t go” but I needed to put more emphasis on “can’t”, so I switched it up to “ain’t.” There feels like more power in this statement, because it’s more like a “I said so” for my PEACE, for my SELF. Everybody ain’t going with you, because they can’t, weren’t invited, and don’t have the mental tools or capacity to go where you’re headed. It’s okay to let those people/things go.. time to stop holding on to people, places, things that keep will hinder your growing journey. Close your door.

We all understand that growth comes with great loss; in friends, loved ones, family, but the people that are there with you every step, are there in the end too.
