To be actively compassionate and kind to your friends, loved ones, and even strangers may sound attainable. What if we are naturally not wired that way? We all want to be good people and both Duarte and I believe we are. Yet we still pursue to be more compassionate. In this episode we both discuss and define what compassion means to us and how we view our everyday actions towards compassion. We tap a bit into Human Design and a future guest of the show, Allison Roedell, and how Human Design helped us learn more of our authentic selfs.

We are all pretty flawed when it comes to the temptation of judgement. Whether it be the judgement of others or the judgement of ourselves, it's a vicious cycle unless we do something purposeful to break it. In this episode we share how judgement entered our lives in childhood and found it's way to latch on into our mid-life today. We talk about we are doing our best to conquer judgement and the consequences it brings when not kept in check. Don't judge us. We are all doing our best.

A nearly two-decade old film called The Matrix (1999) can tell us all a lot about what is a simulation and what is truth. In this episode we go down the rabbit whole and share the moment in our lives where we made a choice to look at the world in the way we wanted to see it. Money and what it represents is shaped by childhood conditioning.  It creates money philosophies and fears that can become lifelong burdens if they're not addressed.
