We pick up midstream with Ren Lara joining us in studio giving us his perspectives on tests, modeling agencies and expectations.

Keith was talking through his presentation notes for the Working with Modeling Agencies Workshop (http://lucima.com/the-concrete-loft-workshop/). He suggested that photographers discuss with modeling agents the possibility of submitting their test images to magazines. That got us talking about setting precedents and expectations. The conversation picks up midstream.
