America's Bill McKibben and some university mates created 350.org and Lucy was inspired to do something about our deteriorating climate when she heard the world's foremost climate activist speak in Melbourne in 2008.

Lucy's journey to the top job with 350.org in Australia really began to take shape when, as a young girl, she joined the Australian Youth Climate Coalition.
