I share a couple personal stories related to adaptation and perspective, and I talk about that one time I woke up during a medical procedure with a tube down my throat. In the second half of the video, I also offer up a few practical things I do to help me focus on my goals.

In "The Gap" I talk about archery and closing the distance between where we are and where we want to be in our lives.

I sat down with my friend Luke Fossey. Luke talked about his experience fighting cancer and other associated health problems at a young age. Luke came in with a powerful message about attacking challenges. I found our talk inspiring and often humorous. Luke does an amazing job sharing part of his story.

I sat down with my younger brother Logan for our second podcast. Logan was my first podcast guest, and we discussed--amongst other things--mental health. In our first podcast, Logan was weeks removed from a very low point, and he talked very candidly about his battle with anxiety and depression. This episode serves as something of a follow-up. We discussed mental health again, and Logan shared a lot of the things he's been doing to manage his mental health. I found our sit down very inspiring. It's my favorite thing I've gotten to do with all the media stuff so far.
