For Episode 3 of the podcast, I sat down with Bryce Conway. Bryce is a father, husband, teacher, coach, athletic director, and much more. Beyond that, he’s a good friend of mine. I enjoyed sitting down with Bryce to talk about teaching, family, and life.
Behind the scenes info:
This was the podcast that didn’t want to get recorded. It wasn’t because Bryce and I didn’t want to record. In fact, we even recorded a “B-Side” podcast that we’ll save for a Christmas album we’ll release on vinyl or something; but I had recoding issues on both attempts. On this episode the first 49 minutes sound great. Then, there’s a little blip where you can hear one of the tracks go haywire, so I had to do a little sound editing on the last 25 minutes or so. Being that I’m no expert at any of this, I eventually got Bryce to sound normal, but I sound like I’m asking him questions while I’m inside a cave or something. It’s not too bad, I don’t think; but if you’re wondering why I sound like I’m talking into a soup can on a string, now you know why.
Luckily, I don’t say too much in the last 25 minutes, so you can sit back and listen to the dulcet tones of Mr. Bryce Conway.
