Welcome to Lunacy; where we discern the sacred from the insane and admit that whether we like it or not, we are all profoundly affected by the cycles of the moon.
On today’s episode, I interview and cajole Jeremy Fricke from the TriFaith Initiative in Omaha, Nebraska. TriFaith is the only place in the world where a Mosque, a Jewish Temple, and a Christian Church co-exist on the same owned land. We joke extensively about this concept and also dig in deep into the commonalities of each of these religions. We also talk about the importance of maintaining our rights to express ourselves through our religion.

Welcome to Lunacy; where we discern the sacred from the insane and admit that whether we like it or not, we are all profoundly affected by the cycles of the moon.
On today’s episode, I talk in depth with Spiritual Teacher, Kai Karrel about my most recent song release, “ALL WILL SING”. We dissect and extrapolate on different interpretations of the lyrics, and dig into the importance of embracing and accepting our own shadow, and the darkness of life in order to experience it more fully. Also discussed is the need to celebrate our victories more, something I’m working on myself.

Welcome to Lunacy; where we discern the sacred from the insane and admit that whether we like it or not, we are all profoundly affected by the cycles of the moon. Today on the podcast, I delve into the arena of CONFIDENCE by looking at where I lack it, and how to achieve it.
I start with my own vulnerability in this area and then explore some ideas of discovering my WHY, courtesy of Nietsche and Viktor Frankel, then meander into ideas of Justice and standing up for what we believe in without falling into the Hatred/Comparison Trap.
