Hi friends!!

In this episode, I give some examples on how to help gently walk yourself through your own internal process. I have been inspired by watching and practicing this with my preschooler babies, seeing their unfoldment, and applying it to my own life. 

I also just give a little simple tip and some grace for caretakers, parents, and just humans in general<3

This is a combination of many different types of methods I have explored on my own healing journey, experienced or learned at work or through nervous system regulation resources, and last but not least experiences I have shared with really great trusted friends.

I hope you are well. Saturn in Aquarius recently turned Rx and I recently felt inspired by my own experience with my own Uranus placement.

I wanted to share Uranus through the houses, and hopefully provide some ideas, or helpful insights that may support you in your journey of insights, self-acceptance ("come as you are"), and freedom.

I encourage you to try to see both, what house and sign Uranus is in in your birthchart.

I find this interesting and important because Pluto has been and is still in Capricorn, and Saturn (the ruler of the sign Pluto is in) is currently in Aquarius.

In this podcast episode, I share a little bit about my understanding and perspective of the Nodal Shift into Scorpio and Taurus. 

I love this axis very much and have been growing in my love for it through watching my babies at the preschool.

baby Scorpio: "i talk about mommy, daddy, I want to try risky things, and am affectionate and trying to make deep connection with others all day" 

baby Taurus: "mmm, it's snack time. it feels relaxed and looks more quiet over here by this big tree away from everyone. i might just stand here for some time. wow maybe i like these sticks better than those toys and i can play with this."

We really have the ability to dive deep and emerge with awakened fruits that were hidden within us.
