Welcome to episode 35 of Lunch with Norm. Today’s episode features Mental Health Advocate, Brian Hansell. Over the last several weeks there have been several tragedies to take place within the Amazon/ E-Commerce business world. Across the world, Covid-19 has only exacerbated the very real issue that so many people are dealing with on a daily basis. I would like to dedicate Friday's episode to National Suicide Prevention Day (The official day is September 10th) and talk about mental health on Friday. In today’s talk we dive into the importance of mental health and our own personal experiences.
**Disclaimer we are not mental health professionals.**
Brian is the founder of the Paul Hansell Foundation (paulhansellfoundation.com). Their mission is to promote, and support programs aimed at the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and youth.
Sit back. Relax. Enjoy the show.
