Prior to covid I was never as sick as I am now. So with this clean slate I am going back to working out. Small increments my body needs to move continously and effortlessly. You can't talk about it you have to be about it....🤫🤫💞💞

I was released from a relationship by text. I wanted to come on and let others know how I am coping during this transition.
