May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are here to talk about that extremely important topic. Those dark times when we don’t know what to do, or who to talk to about it. Those nights when we lay awake at night not sleeping, then stress about not sleeping. Maybe we don’t eat or we eat too much? Gaining or losing weight adds more stress and anxiety. How do we cope? How do we get out of this vicious cycle? How do we stop beating ourselves up and begin to feel better?
