Just started the book "This Naked Mind" by Annie Grace. Sharing some bits of knowledge from this book thus far. It is a great read so far. Give it a go!

Just me blabbing about aging actresses in Hollywood and how I feel like the Golden Girls did it right. Being alone is not anything women should fear. Long time no speak. Been busy at the hospital with my husband who has been collecting stem cells for his transplant. It's a day of rest. Perfect time to give a book review of Joshua Deen's "Last Call, Stupid". I will also be inserting my own views and stories about alcohol use.

I've been obsessed with grey hair lately. Discussing what I have learned on making the choice to become a silver sister someday. Also, discussing why it is ok to let our minds wander to frivolous things as we are in the "caregiver" role. Touching on "survivor's guilt" as well. Enjoy!

This episode is about our experience at the Neuropsychology exam. Also, talking about how family dynamics change when your loved one goes through cancer treatments.
