I had a discussion with my students a while back and asked them what is the one most important thing that would let them stay or make them leave their student accommodation property. What they said really surprised me as I was fully expecting them to say good WiFi.
I also share how providing this really assisted me during the lockdown months to still get my rental paid, this also creates a culture of teamwork and serenity in the property.
