In this episode I speak to Nhlakanipho Ntombela of Ntombela Properties who is making property work for him with no money down, in his deals.
Nhlakanipho together with his business partner Fortune Nhlapo are fresh in the game however I love his drive. In less than a year, he has closed seven deals and the year is not over yet. I love their passion and hunger!
The team focuses on a strategy called Back to Back, where they make money from property without putting in any of their own money. They are making money out of this strategy.
I love this strategy - BOOM!

In this episode I speak to Mpho Ama Mohapi aka CoachAmaWealth who is a life and business coach.
CoachAmaWealth spends most of her time with young business people working on their minds on how to unstuck them. She helps individuals who are wanting to start a new business, who have a business but not progressing as fast as they want. She is a trained coach and operates from East Rand, Johannesburg.
CoachAma started off her journey in the corporate world as an engineer and she now only consults from time to and focuses on coaching entrepreneurs to get them to a place where they operate at optimal in their life and business.
I asked CoachAma, who needs a coach and I knew what she was going to respond, because had it not been for my coaches in different areas of my life. I would have not progressed well in life.
Most, if not all high performing athletes they have a number of coaches to help them in their journey. The question is if we are looking for such kind of performance and success - why do we not invest in having a coach? A Coach is for everyone who is serious about their growth. I said it BOOM!

If you can think about it, you can achieve - you just need help to make it happen and their are tools to get you there!

In this episode I speak to Karen Fraser how runs and owns the company Smart Stay Pro. In this company Karen host guests from all over the world on her properties via AirBnb and not only does she host, she also teaches other people who are keen to learn how to host professionally and make money. I attended her training a while ago and it was educational and fun. As a team we took action and we have made some money out of letting out AirBnB properties in Cape Town.
Karen started off her journey in commercial property management and later moved on to work for big retailers before the property bug got her. She specialises in AirBnb and own her properties where she hots guests and also rents out other properties to ensure her overflow is well managed. The demand is high that she even manages other people's AirBnB and make money.
I personal like the way Karen runs her business, a solid hybrid of ownership and rent to rent, thus increasing her cash flow. I think in this day and age, having access to certain assets and making money is the in thing. Think of Uber and AirBnB itself.....This is what I call SMART! BOOM!
My key takeaway after chatting with Karen in this episode is:
To make money you do not need to own any property. All you need is access to the property and you could be making money via AirBnB

In this episode I speak to Zakhele "Zak" Myeza who is the 2019 INVESTOR OF THE YEAR - Beginner Category South Africa Property Investor Awards.
Zak started off his journey buy understanding the needs of people and since he is a an engineer by profession he understood how value can be created. from a young age, he rented his first property and soon created value on the same property and let this out to other people "sub-letting". With this strategy Zak rented from his landlord however his sub-tenants pays for his boarding.
This type of strategy is called house hacking and Zak, literally makes money from no money in the deal, actually he gets paid for leaving in his house. This is what I call SMART! BOOM!
Zak is the Managing Director and also the THE DRIVER of a company he founded called The Bus Stop, where they focus on property management and investment . Their aim aim is to give their clients a complete peace of mind while they build and manage their clients wealth.
My take away after chatting with Zak in this episode is:
Money is made in the MIND, its made up with what you see and what others do not see. The Rent to Rent and add value is a strategy that many can implement and make passive income - More information o Zak's website.

In this episode I speak to Jaco Grobbelaar the master of structuring according to " me"
Jaco started off his journey as a hobby in his late teens by educating himself through books and later started buying properties as a hobby. Like many people, Jaco went on to be employed full time and traveled the world as he later became the CFO for a multi-national company. However he realized that he was not securing his financial base as an employee and working for an employer was not for him.
One of Jaco's secrets that I also follow is that he is constantly educating himself along side his Mrs and thus they grow their property empire together as a family. This is what I call POWER COUPLE at its BEST! BOOM!
Jaco is the Managing Director of Prosperity Enterprises and he is a property investor, structuring specialist and international speaker.
He founded Prosperity Enterprises to equip individuals to build their property portfolios, through education, structuring and support. As a highly qualified financial specialist and a former CFO, Jaco has traded and operated across Africa - like me :-), understands finance and simplifies financial and structuring concepts.
My take away after chatting with Jaco in this episode is:
Whatever you do, do it for you. Think of your structures first before embanking on your property journey. As a resourceful person Jaco gives a lot of information around the areas he specializes and more information can be found on his website.
