Mace Windu has always had a conflict with the dark side within himself. He created Vaapad as a variant lightsaber form (form VII) for this particular reason. In this video we learn how Mace uses Vaapad to an extent as well as battling his own rage to fight someone. It's an entertaining scene that makes you laugh but also educates you on his thought process and understanding of Vaapad as explained in the novel, Shatterpoint by Matthew Stover.
