Most of you know the saying: "Where your treasure is, is where you are looking" - Basically, if you want to do something, you'll do it.... If you don't want to do it.... You won't.
If your doctor says you need to loose weight to stay healthy but you choose not to, then that is a need and not a want. You need to want to do something for it to become a need.
What should my weight loss be? Am I doing it right? Don't look at just your weight, but focus on the percentage lost.
I've worked with probably over a 1000 clients, generally most people have the same kind of failures when it comes to diet.
A quick update on the 3 free coaching spots... What an emotional thing this has become.
We'll all avoid something at some point in our lives.... In terms of fitness and training, I'll often get a client that a beer or ate something they shouldn't have and then they'll avoid me for a day or 2 especially when it's time ti weigh in. Your not a bad person or did anything terrible, but you do need accountability.
Everyone thinks that I'm Jaime and I'm always motivated and it all just comes easy.... Well it doesn't! :-)
Nobody is motivated every single day to do anything. You have to be pretty passionate, even as a careers, to keep going every day under any circumstance.
When you are setting yourself a goal, and most people who watch this it would be relating towards some form of a fitness goal, we look at some form a a smart goal. If you want to loose 5kg, how am I going to achieve this?
We are struggling during these (Lockdown) times we are going through. We still wake up, brush our teeth and get the day going because we have to. We might need to work late and we know we don't have to but we still do because we want to (or can).
