  • You can only grow as far as whoever is leading you!

Text & connect with me. I would love to hear your questions or feedback!

Today I’m dropping a bonus episode, and this one is all about leadership and your potential. We’re taking a real, honest look at the people who are leading you—whether that’s in your workplace, your company, your team, or whatever position you’re in right now.

Because here’s the truth: you can only be led as far as the person leading you is willing to go. Their capacity impacts your capacity. Their vision impacts your growth. Their ceiling often becomes the ceiling you’re asked to operate under.

And in this episode, I want to help you understand how to recognize that, how to navigate it, and how to keep rising—even when your leadership may not be rising with you.

Maybe for you this is your call to challenge the environment you’re in. Maybe for you this is a call to leave the company or career your in and go find new rooms.

  • Access Denied!

Text & connect with me. I would love to hear your questions or feedback!

Access Denied is your permission slip to draw the line without guilt, apology, or over-explaining. In this Made For More episode, we’re diving deep into what it really means to protect your energy and reclaim your emotional space. You’ll hear why kindness should never be confused with constant availability, and how honoring your boundaries is one of the most powerful ways to honor yourself.

You don’t owe everyone direct access to your world. You can be an encourager, a light, and a genuinely kind person—and still choose to say “access denied” when it feels necessary. Trusting your intuition and knowing when to protect your peace doesn’t make you cold or mean! it makes you wise! Who said it was your responsibility to give open access to everyone anyways?

    Let’s talk about it!

  • You will bloom again!

Text & connect with me. I would love to hear your questions or feedback!

This week we talk about how bare seasons invite us to let go—of people, habits, and even the objects around us that carry old stories. This episode is a reminder that clearing space is part of the welcoming of the bloom. What we release now becomes room for joy later.

  • Preparing our hearts for Thanksgiving

Text & connect with me. I would love to hear your questions or feedback!

This week, I’m inviting you into a conversation where we honor and create space for whatever emotions you’re carrying into Thanksgiving. Whether you’re feeling joy, grief, excitement, or a little bit of everything, this episode is a gentle way to prepare your heart for the days ahead.

I’m also sharing some of my favorite, easy-to-make recipes to inspire your holiday table — plus a funny Thanksgiving memory that’ll make you laugh and remind you that every holiday looks a little different. Let’s navigate this season together.

    Bacon green beans

5 cans of cut green beans

    Pack of bacon

    2/3 cup brown sugar

    3/4 cup melted butter

    1 clove garlic

    3 tablespoons soy sauce

    Instructions

Cook your bacon & break it up into pieces.

Drain your green beans and place them into a 9x13 baking dish.

Toss your bacon bites on top of the green beans.

Mix together your topping which is melted butter, brown sugar and soy sauce and garlic. Once that mixture is together pour that mixture over the bacon green bean mixture.

Bake uncovered for 40 min at 350 degrees.

    Boursin Brussels

1 package of Boursin cheese. Use whatever flavor you want. Garlic and herb works great but I am on the hunt for the hot honey one.

In a greased dish smash down the Boursin cheese into an even layer.

Then take your Brussels: washed and cut into halves and place the cut side down onto the cheese.

It’s ok if they overlap or if you have loose leaves. Just toss it all on top but make sure the loose leaves are coated with olive oil because these will be your most crispy pieces.

Once all Brussels are face down on the cheese you will little drizzle and massage them with olive oil then salt, pepper, garlic to your liking.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 min in a 400 degree oven or until crispy.

Once you pull the dish out of the oven drizzle with hot honey.

    Honey corn bread

2 boxes of honey corn bread jiffy mix

Follow the instructions on the back of the box.

Add in 1 can of sweet cream corn.

Melt a stick of butter and add it into your mixture.

Bake in the oven for 30-45 min at 400 degrees.

This one takes longer in the oven because it’s so dense. This is not your traditional dry corn bread. This is more like a sweetened spoon bread.

    Perfect portion brownies

2 boxes of whatever flavor brownie mix you would like

    1 bag of thin Reese’s.

Grease a muffin pan. Mix up brownie mix according to the box. Dollop a small amount of brownie mix into the bottom of a muffin pan then add the thin Reesie‘s cup then fill with remaining brownie batter. And bake!

You can sub the Reesie’s cup for an Oreo or a Hershey’s kiss.

Have a safe, and wonderful Thanksgiving!

This week I turned 34 years old on October 29th. Birthdays often leave me feeling very reflective so I figured I would share 33 things either that are reflective to me the life I’ve lived or just pieces of encouragement.

Thanks for spending your time here with me.

    As always-

You were made for more, you always have been!

  • Undervalued? Or highly favored!

Text & connect with me. I would love to hear your questions or feedback!

In this episode, I’m openly sharing about what it feels like to give your all in the service industry and still question if in return you’re seen, valued, or respected. There are days that make you question why you even care so much and you even consider wanting to give up—and I’ve had plenty of those lately—but I’ve also learned that its within these challenging moments when you feel the most under attack are also often the very moments you’re being positioned for greater purpose! You’re not forgotten, and you’re not undervalued. You’re being refined, strengthened, and favored—right where you are.

If you are someone who pours your all into the way you serve people this episode is for you!

Nothing of value never goes untested.

Welcome back to another Made For More Monday!

This week I am giving you an internal deep dive into some things im processing. From real life questions, soul searching on my quest to grow, unspoken expectations and trying to find a sense of belonging.

On this episode I encourage something I love to do which is my outdoor walks where I mute life, noise and distractions and I allow my thoughts to rise so I can address whatever needs to be addressed. It’s extremely beneficial for my mental health and I encourage you to try it too!

    Thanks for joining me!

  • GIRL GET UP!

Text & connect with me. I would love to hear your questions or feedback!

Welcome to another Made For More Monday. This week I’m teaching you the motto that flipped my mindset: Girl, Get Up. And listen, even though I’m saying “girl,” this moto and message is for anyone who’s ready to stop waiting for someone else to come fix it. This is also our dose of tough love that the reality is  no one has it easier than you. You’ve just got to make the choice to get up, shake off the excuses, and show up.

So if you’re ready I would love to invite you into a conversation where you pick yourself back up again.

Because you were made for more and you always have been!

    Xoxo- Miranda
