The Volkswagen scandal continues to spread and it’s feared that it may engulf the entire German auto industry. The reputation of German carmakers has suffered. Is VW pulling the entire German car industry over the brink? We speak with Andreas Bremer of the IfA market research company.

Several hundred refugees from Africa are currently living in Winsen, in Germany's state of Lower Saxony. Without work, they’re having a hard time filling their days and staying busy. The Feldbinder metalworking company is taking action. They’re the first local company that is giving trainee spots to refugees.
