We do this by celebrating our successes, our accomplishments and untapped abilities. I am going to share with you some things I do to build my self-confidence and change my beliefs. 

1. Write down your limiting beliefs and then write new empowering beliefs 
2. Start a success journal
3. Fake it till you make it
