New South Wales coach Michael Maguire reckons the Blues dominant victory in Game 2 of the State of Origin series was forged in the Blue Mountains camp where the squad bonded together. He also chatted to Andrew Moore and the team about dealing with a pumped up media, sticking up for his players even though he says he and Maroons coach Billy Slater are still fine. He also reckons there's more improvement in the team going in to Game 3.
