The Madlanga Commission, investigating alleged infiltration of South Africa's Criminal Justice System by organized crime syndicates, will today continue to hear further testimony from KZN Police Commissioner, Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi. Mkhwanazi, who yesterday warned of a potential collapse of the system and reiterated the urgent need for intervention to prevent a breakdown.
