It's almost Winter Solstice! The daylight hours here in the Northern Hemisphere (especially around the 49.5th parallel where I live) are few and far between. In this weeks episode of Magic for Realists I talk about my experience with seasonally affected depression and share what has helped me. This is also my auditory "Christmas card" to you. I go on a few playful tangents, about Christmas, family of origins dynamics, my boxing day tonsillitis "tradition" and the sleeping habits of a hermit Wizzard I met.
