And just something to think about...
Hawaii needs more resources for homeless families. Please stop sending homeless from other states just because you think it's sunny warm weather. The most expensive state in the U.S. Hawaii can barely care for the thousands of local homeless families and children that have no resources because we have to send homeless persons back to the states where they came from, instead of helping on our struggling families.

Hawaii Celebrates all the Ladies!!! Young and old, we all have an awesome inner girl. Time to reflect on all your dreams, the ones you lived and the ones that lay ahead. Aloha and welcome to another MaiTaisAtSunset podcast. We are joined by our good friend Ami who used to paddle outrigger canoes with us in Hawaii and has since relocated to Florida where she continued to paddle until Covid and everyone stopped for awhile.
Ami shares her insights on moving to Hawaii, living here, and moving away from Hawaii.
Ami also shares her crazy paddling adventure of almost drowning in shark infested waters near North Beach in Kaneohe Bay and having to be rescued by the Navy. No life guards when the state is shutdown.
