This morning we are joined by Cynthia Stiffler from the Apple City  Players to tell us more about their Youth Theater Workshop happening  this summer at the Markay in Jackson. Then we continue the Markay theme  with Director of operations Julz Stewart to give us the scoop on  Cardinal Village Film Festival which is happening this Saturday night at  the Markay. The short film fest features a film staring some familiar  faces and voices to Main Street TV viewers!

Pete Wilson is here, Red Thompson Jr.  might be stopping by (but as we all know, Red isn’t a morning person)  & Zip Printing’s super star graphic designer Brittani Potter is also  going to stop by to promote her art exhibit which opens tonight at the  Markay in Jackson at 7:00 PM.

Wednesday News Update (6/8/22)

This morning we are visited by Vinton County head football coach TJ  Carper and a couple of his senior players to promote Summerfest. Later  we are joined by Main Street TV all-star Marc Carman who recently  celebrated his 50 anniversary in the car business.

This morning we are being visited by our friends from the Humane Society  of Jackson. On Saturday, June 11 they will be holding their 2nd Annual  CAUSE FOR PAWS Car Show. The event is being held at the A&A Truck  Stop off Highway 35 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. All vehicles are welcome  & registration is $10 per car. Call Faith at 740-988-0245
