Thursday News Update (06/02/22)

This morning we are visited by Jackson senior Olivia Kennedy, who will  be competing for the second straight year in the 400m dash at the  Division II State Track & Field Championships!  We are also joined by Michelle Black to discuss the The Elyse Black  Memorial Cross Country Camp for area runners which helps raise awareness  for suicide.

Today we celebrate 50 years (and counting) in journalism for the one and  only Pete Wilson! The Jackson County Commissioners and other special  guests are planning to stop by to congratulate Pete on his awesome  milestone! Wednesday News Update (05/31/22)

Huge news day today with Pete Wilson & Jeremiah Shaver. The Telegram & the radio have been out in full force for Memorial Day weekend! We have coverage of the Festival of Flags, the Wellston Field of Heroes, and the WHS Art Festival! ALSO another little teaser, we will have a very special episode of Main Street TV tomorrow so be sure to tune in! 

Pete Wilson is here to wrap up the week & kick off the weekend with a  news update. In the news today Jackson County Sheriff’s Office have  nabbed a suspected drug trafficker, remembering longtime JPD officer,  Butch Aldrich, high school graduations, and more!

This  morning we are talking Festival of Flags again with Chris Walls. He  will be talking about the free ride tickets for elementary kids &  the Car Show on Monday, May 30 which has been relocated to the Oak Hill  Middle/High School this year. Joyce McClurg from the Festival of Flags committee is coming to talk  about the festival! She is going to have ride passes & reserved  seating for Elvis tribute artist Dwight Icenhower Saturday night!
