I'm so excited that you are here today!

I went to a skate park with my entire family the other day. My kids brought their scooters and bikes and it was a chill day. It wasn't too packed and everyone is riding around. My son then starts encouraging me to ride and so I jump on his bike and I started riding around and just chilling. I go around the back area and I pause at the top of the little hill and then I look ahead and see a ramp and think to myself, "That looks simple enough." Famous last words.

How fast can you make a change? That is a question I get asked a lot. Often, I find myself asking this question back, "Well, how fast do you want to make a change? They usually reply that they want to make it right away but I often reply to that with, "Do you really?"

If you have decided that it is going to take you 5 minutes to change, then 5 minutes it is. If you have decided that it is going to take 5 years, then it is going to take 5 years.
