LIfe really is made up of 2 choices:
You have to do one or the other, but you can't stay here.
So often fear stops us from making a choice but can we really stop?
“The only real conflict you will ever have in your life won’t be with others, but with yourself.” ― Shannon L. Alder
Self doubt is normal and you have to believe that you can accomplish your goal or all the planning in the world may not help you achieve it.
Listen in today's episode on how I changed the way I look for support to believe in my choices.
Today's quote for reflection is:
“If you are faced with a mountain, you have several options. You can climb it and cross to the other side. You can go around it. You can dig under it. You can fly over it. You can blow it up. You can ignore it and pretend it’s not there. You can turn around and go back the way you came. Or you can stay on the mountain and make it your home.” ― Vera Nazarian, The Perpetual Calendar of Inspiration

I think that looking at challenges from different angles is important before making a choice. If you choose to walk around the mountain and examine everything from only the base, you are getting a one sided view of the situation vs looking at the view from the top.
Have the courage to take the time to examine the possibilities and not just jump on the 1st choice that comes to your mind.
This week was the 1st week of the plan to be accountable to me.
I have found it invigorating all the variations of discussions on social media and with others in my physical space. I hope that this continues to be an upfront discussion this week, and I plan to take it.
How did your week shape up for you? Have to taken a moment to reflect and consider how you will approach the coming week as a result of the choices and reflection you made last week? It is not too late!
Today I am reflecting upon the fact that I am here to make a difference.
I can choose what I wish to impact and even choosing nothing still is going to make a difference in people around me depending on the topic.
Today I am going to reflect on how my actions impact those around me.
