Too many women realtors live their lives feeling BEHIND... And that feel terrible!
Listen to these 3 steps to overcome feeilng behind so that you can truly enJOY workin your business and living life!
1) Define exactly how behind you are. (What is the differential between where you are now and where you feel you "should be")
2) Brainstorm what an agent with THAT level of business you defined in question 1 would do each day. Use your brain and give it your best guess as you brainstorm. Write everything and anything down that you believe an agent with that level of production would do regularly.
3) Write down what YOU have done. What YOU do regularly.
You'll quickly see one of two things-
-either you can clearly see you aren't showing up as often, you aren't offering to help as many people, you aren't being seen and connecting with humans as often as the agent who is reaching that level you feel like you "should be at" now.
OR
-you ARE showing up in your market networking and connecting with humans, offering to help them over and over, repeating with delight on social media and in person, but you can't figure out why you aren't having as many people reaching out to talk with you about real estate >> you aren't getting as many clients as the agent who IS achieving the level of business you're comparing yourself to.
The reason.... is because your marketing messaging is off somehow. It's not CLEAR why you should be the one they choose to be their agent. Most of the time it's because your social media posts, stories and lives are exactly the same as others, so they don't stand out OR you aren't bringing the I LOVE REAL ESTATE AND I LOVE HELPING YOU energy that ATTRACTS people to you.
