Lent is thought by some Christians to be a forty day time of fasting from food or giving up of something enjoyable in order to prepare for Easter.
You are invited to listen as Mary Ellen shares thoughts about the metaphysical practice of Lent.  The inner fast is giving up a practiced limiting thought or belief. The  inner feast is choosing to practice positive thoughts that affirm the Truth of who we are as spiritual beings, in order to daily live life more fully.

A ripple is described as a small wave that is the effect of a single action or cause. Listen as Mary Ellen shares thoughts about ripple effects that can be deliberately caused by us. Just as there is a ripple effect on a body of water caused by a pebble tossed into it,  so there is a ripple effect caused each time we find a way to make peace with our lives. When we find ways to choose peace right where we are, there is an energy of peace that ripples into the world around us.
