Making a Difference

 What many call Unity's Basic Textbook, Lessons in Truth, by H Emilie Cady, is familiar to New Thought seekers in general, and specifically within Unity.  It is a book that Charles Fillmore requested her to write for Unity and was first published in 1894. This series begins with an introduction and then will continue throughout the twelve chapters as I answer the questions at the end of each chapter, extemporaneously and spontaneously.  Welcome aboard as we explore eternal Truth through her and my words.

There is a story (Luke 24:13-35) about two of Jesus' followers who, after the crucifixion, were on a journey from Jerusalem to Emmaus. Focused on loss and grief, they did not recognize Jesus as the stranger who joined them on the journey. This story can be symbolic of us and how we often do not recognize/remember that we are not alone on the journey of life.
