2oz Vodka
1oz Cranberry Juice
1oz Triple Sec
1/2oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Mix ingredients together in blender and add enough ice to blender until the ice and liquid are at the same level. Blend on high until desired consistency. Garnish with a lime and serve.

Happy Pride y'all! It's June that means that corporations are making all their logos rainbow themed, non community/ally people are going to complain there isn't a straight pride, and yes, you may even see a man in a jock strap. But what does Pride really mean. To discuss with me, I have the incredibly talented Alvin Keith, Broadway, Television, and Film actor, talk with me about what pride means to us, how we got to this point, and how we can't move backwards. And he makes for a great drinking partner for this episode (PSA every time we say "Happy Pride," you have to take a drink). The themed cocktail of this episode is the Rainbow Martini

The Rainbow Martini

Vodka
Orange Juice
Champagne
Grenadine
1/4 oz Blue Curacao

Mix vodka and orange juice in glass at desired mixed pour (fill up about 3/4's of your glass). Then add splash of grenadine to the side of the glass so it sinks to the bottom. Then add Champagne to almost fill up the glass. Add 1/4oz of Blue Curacao very slowly so that it will mix with the orange juice to give you a blue and green layer. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy.

***NOTE*** This drink is incredibly hard to make and the directions are vague. But if you pour enough vodka in at the beginning, about half-way through, it's going to be your favorite drink ever.

Flirty Thirty Cocktail

2 tbsp chopped apricot
2oz aged rum
.5oz lime juice
3oz ginger beer

Put chopped apricot into shaker. Then add lime juice. Muddle apricot. Add all other ingredients to shaker with ice. Stir for 15 seconds. Garnish with a slice of apricot or lime.
