Do you feel like you're doing something that you should have said the opposite response to whether that's like helping your friend out or saying Yes to you know, a new opportunity? Do you feel guilty about it? If the answer is, yes, trust your gut instincts and correct it.

04:15 - The third one is do you feel happy about your decision, you should feel this overwhelming sense of fulfillment in yourself about any decision that you make, some of them are hard, some of them are easy, but you should still feel fulfilled that you made the right choice.

many people let their fear of failure prevents them from even trying. but as the saying goes, "the only way to fail is to not try at all." so if you're ever feeling paralyzed by fear, remember that it's better to take a chance and fail than to never try at all. because in business and in life, success is always possible - but it's never guaranteed.

Today`s Goal: When you're feeling like this when you're feeling defeated and afraid to fail and everything, just know that you're not the only one because everyone that's ever started at anything has gone through it. So just keep chugging along.

01:26 - Especially when you're trying to build something and you're not sure about it. And it's something that hasn't been done, or no one that has done it before. No one really lean on about it. It breeds a lot of doubt.

It's important to live your life for yourself and not worry about what other people think. If you're always trying to please other people, you're not going to be happy. Just do what makes you happy and don't worry about impressing anyone. Be confident in yourself and your abilities. People will respect you more if you're genuine and authentic.

As a business owner, it's especially important to follow your own vision and not get swayed by what other people think. You need to be confident in your decision-making ability and trust that you know what's best for your business. It's okay to solicit advice from others, but at the end of the day, you need to make the decisions that are best for you and your business. So don't worry about what other people think- just do what makes you happy and be confident in yourself!

Today`s Goal:  Be shameless. Don't be afraid to post something because you're afraid of somebody else is going to think of you, don't be afraid to start that business, to start exercising, start whatever journey you want to go on because it fuels you it excites you and it motivates you and inspires you.

02:21 - If something in your gut is telling you that you should say no or that you're going to regret it, or that you're going to resent saying yes, say no,

03:46 - At the end of the day, people are going to have their own opinions about you, regardless of what you're doing. So just do what you want to do.

05:08 - Don't worry about what other people are thinking about you. Like I said, they're gonna have their opinions, regardless of what you're doing.

06:52 - Keep doing what you're doing nobody else needs to validate it. Nobody else needs to have any sort of opinion about it because the only opinion that matters is your own.

Having a difficult conversation is never easy, but there are ways to make it less daunting and more productive. First, it's important to be clear about what the conversation is about. What are the goals? What needs to be accomplished? Once you have a clear understanding of the purpose of the conversation, you can start to prepare.

Conflict is a natural part of any relationship, but it doesn't have to be a negative experience. In fact, conflict can be an opportunity to strengthen your bond with another person. The key is to approach the situation in a constructive way. One of the most important things you can do is to listen to the other person's perspective. Try to understand where they are coming from, and don't be emotionally attached to the outcome. It's also important to keep the conversation professional and focused on the issue at hand. avoid getting personal or attacking the other person's character. If you can do this, you'll be well on your way to resolving the conflict in a positive way.

Today`s Goal: It is important to be clear about what you want to say before the conversation. You should also make sure to listen to the other person and try to understand their perspective. It can be helpful to stay calm and avoid getting defensive. If the conversation starts to become heated, you can agree to take a break and come back to it later.

01:21 - It's important to have these discussions and to really make sure that there's no nothing up in the air that everything's understood, and that these conversations are had in a professional way, and a tactful way not defensively.

03:34 - It's better to have the conversation than to not have it at all, especially in life or business.

04:47 - Keep it personal, keep it professional, try not to get too emotionally attached to it, even though I know that can be hard sometimes.

01:53 - We just make our own barriers, and we build up walls to protect us, but it winds up holding us back. The walls that protect you also imprison you.

02:51 - Break down those walls that you build up, in that it's all in your head. Everything that you believe is all in your head, and can be changed to something that is better. 

04:40 - When I talk, I have a really soft voice normally. So people probably just don't hear me. But I take it as my voice is invalid. And then I'm annoying when I talk. And of course, what that cost me is that it cost me friendships and connections and being able to share my story and my experiences that could potentially help somebody because of that limiting mindset.

10:25 - The limiting belief that you don't know how to do something shouldn't exist. And it's very easy to flip that belief.

11:33 -  The more you do something, the more natural it becomes, the more you do it, the better you get. Practice makes better.
