I embarked on the 75 Hard challenge exactly four weeks ago. In that period of time, I have lost exactly a stone. That’s just over 6kg for anyone outside of the UK. Now before those familiar with 75 Hard challenge pipe up and tell me “it’s not a fitness challenge”, I get it. But if you are working out twice a day, eating a sensible diet and cutting out alcohol. It’s inevitable you’re going to shift some timber.
