John J Davis died during surgery. He was instantly taken to the other side where he had one of the most detailed experiences recorded. During his NDE, he met his guide, Alan, who toured him around the afterlife. John and Alan visited a series of buildings, each with their own purposes: an orientation center, a life review building, a library to rewatch history, a library of soulmates, an observatory, and more. Finally, John met Jesus and experienced a euphoria of love and nonjudgement.

John discovered that the true purpose of life here on Earth is for our souls to learn. Our souls choose to come here and it is a very difficult challenge. We can have multiple lifetimes if the soul chooses.
