Join us as Eleanor Ward helps us understand how we can start to manage our Grief, instead of remaining in a "stuck state."

Episode Notes:
Sometimes we feel we just can't move on, but Eleanor's response to that is that we already have, though may be a bit stuck at the moment. She helps us identify triggers that may have caused this and aids us in knowing what we might do to get past it. Eleanor has battled grief, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, continuous unemployment and found her way back from them all. She has managed to carve out an amazing life helping others when their worlds come crashing down so that they can get back up and do all they were purposed in this life to do. She understands fear, being in a stuck state and missing out on opportunity when it comes calling. Once she understood that nothing and no one could stop her from fulfilling her purpose God had for hear, she completely turned her life around.
