Metabolic health is essential for our overall health and well-being yet statistically, the vast majority of American's are not metabolically healthy. Unfortunately, rather than focus on the core elements of optimizing natural metabolic health, the media, diet and fitness industries tend to heavily focus on metabolism in relation to weight loss and quick-fix "metabolism revving" solutions. Problem is, these so-called metabolism boosting products can disrupt natural hormonal changes your body is going through in your adolescent years and harm metabolic health.  In today's episode I talk about the basic elements of metabolic health and simple steps you can take to optimize naturally, without costly supplements or products.
