Mandatory Side Quest

Special guest Meaghan returns to help us sort out who the best and the worst Dragon Age characters are.

This week we climb a mountain in order to discuss The OA, Riverdale and comics while Karina continues playing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. | Music: 'Frozen Rose' - Rozovian / ocremix.org

Special guest Meaghan joins us for an extra looooong episode this week as we decide who the best characters in Dragon Age are.

Which Star Trek show was the best? Who were the superior crew? How hard is it to do a Captain Picard impression? Some these questions are answered as we natter on about Star Trek. Also we end up widely speculating about how transgender hormone treatments work for some reason.

Karina and James are back to talk about Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. We were really in to it y'all. (Music: 'Clan McCloud' - djpretzel / ocremix.org)

No new episode this week so instead enjoy another episode from our short lived comics podcast.

Time for more Dragon Age discussion with a good hard look at lyrium. We also talk about how we wish Dragon Age was either The Legend of Zelda or a Japanese dating sim. (Music: 'Rise of Kuros' - Brandon Strader / ocremix.org)

We talk about rogues and warriors in general and then rogues and warriors in Dragon Age specifically (Reminder: our new Dragon Age policy is all spoilers all the time). Plus bonus audio commentary of Karina playing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess while we record. (Music: 'Rise of Kuros' - Brandon Strader / ocremix.org)

The sixth part of our series where James attempts to explain the plot of Metal Gear to Karina. This episode covers Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Acts 5 and the Epilogue. (Music used: ‘Love Theme’ - lyrics by Hideo Kojima, music by Nobuko Toda, vocals by Jackie Presti | 'Metal Gear Saga' - Harry Gregson-Williams based on an arrangement by TAPPY)

This week we get down to some solid discussion about the murdering of evil races in the fantasy genre. Don't worry, we still find plenty of time to complain about the Star Wars expanded universe and Dragon Age (Also we introduce our new All Dragon Age Spoilers All The Time policy). (Music: 'Rise of Kuros' - Brandon Strader / ocremix.org)
