Mandatory Side Quest

There wasn't time to record a new episode this fortnight so here's an episode from a short lived comics podcast about Rich Burlew's epic fantasy webcomic The Order of the Stick.

The fifth part of our series where James attempts to explain the plot of Metal Gear to Karina. This episode covers Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Acts 3 and 4. (Music used: ‘Love Theme’ - lyrics by Hideo Kojima, music by Nobuko Toda, vocals by Jackie Presti)

Stroke your beard and polish your staff because it's time for wizard talk. Gandalf! Dumbledore! More Dragon Age! (Spoilers for Dragon Age: Inquisition - Trespasser I guess) (Music: 'Rise of Kuros' - Brandon Strader / ocremix.org)

The fourth part of our series where James attempts to explain the plot of Metal Gear to Karina. This episode covers Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Acts 1 and 2. (Music used: 'Love Theme' - lyrics by Hideo Kojima, music by Nobuko Toda, vocals by Jackie Presti)

In which we get in fights about cracking the spines on books, Australian military defence spending and Karina doesn't really remember anything about some comics she read. (Music: 'One Ring' - Brandon Strader / ocremix.org)

In which we discus bars in Brisbane, the poor quality of Australian movies, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and complain about Star Wars: The Clone Wars. (Music: 'One Ring' - Brandon Strader / ocremix.org)

In this episode we show our appreciation for Vin Diesel, briefly find time to talk about upcoming comic book and movies and once again complain about Dragon Age: Inquisition. (Music: 'One Ring' - Brandon Strader / ocremix.org)

This week Karina takes the reigns to teach James all about Star Wars: The Old Republic.

The third part of our series where James attempts to explain the plot of Metal Gear to Karina. This episode covers Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. (Music used: 'Snake Eater' - written by Norihiko Hibino, performed by Cynthia Harrell | 'Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday' - Star Sailor)
