  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 40 Fearless Fridays 20: Caren’s Challenge!
Who wouldn't want to take a challenge to help free up money blocks from someone who had $100K in the bank by the time she graduated high school at age fourteen? Happy Friday! Hopefully, you had an amazing week so far! As always, I have a challenge for you from Monday's interviewee - this time it's Bold Moves Podcast Episode 40 Fearless Fridays 20: Caren's Challenge!
If you haven’t already listened to Monday’s episode with Caren, you should probably take a minute to check it out! Her resume with money is very impressive, to me at least! She has made several businesses successful, and has helped countless others do the same. Before, it was unofficially, and now it is officially in her new Money Mindset Academy she is launching!
As always, you can choose to listen to any Fearless Fridays episode in the post where the player is embedded (see below) or on iTunes, Stitcher, or whatever podcast app you choose. The interviews are available both as audio in the same way the Friday episodes are, or also on YouTube. =)
I always like to share my results from the previous weeks challenges, and I am getting increasingly far behind and need to CHANGE that. It starts NOW! In full disclosure, however, I can tell you that this post is being written a full week in advance. Hopefully when I update next week, I can share that I have finally caught up with at least a few!
Like last week, I still owe Neda’s Challenge and Derrick’s challenge, and I have started Jaimie’s, but only in a default sort of a way. I STILL need to do it more intentionally, so that is my plan for now!
Now, I also owe 80% of Rosanne & Madeline Stuart’s challenge, though not for lack of trying! The challenge and corresponding interview have renewed the importance of the necessary attention to stopping isolation, so I assure you – it will be on my mind and I will follow through when appropriate! I think it will likely become a habit, so I go beyond the five, once I have reasonable opportunities to move forward with it! There is an update here, though! I did say hi and help a woman in a wheelchair with the door to the restroom – that helps me to not only count one of my four from Rosanne’s challenge, but helps me check off Berni’s, too!
As for Avery’s challenge, I have downloaded a book (hers, actually), but still have yet to start reading it, and because of that, I have yet to post it on Instagram. And if you haven’t posted it online, is it even real?? Just kidding… But I really need to hold myself accountable to these things!
And for Maddy's? Well, at time of writing, I don't have it done, but could point to makeup reviews on Thumbtack! Haha. Hopefully by the time this actually posts, however, I will have amassed a few testimonials!
As always, I would love to see what you are doing, especially with this one, because I feel like it is so needed right now! Don’t forget to show me what you do for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 40 Fearless Fridays 20: Caren’s Challenge with the hashtag #BoldMovesFearlessFridays on Instagram or twitter! I have gotten a little out of the habit of doing it, but I need to bring it back to life, and perhaps you can help me stay accountable to it!

  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 39: Caren Fern!
Today, I have the inspiring story from a money mindset coach with a wealth of knowledge (see what I did there?) and an amazing story! Listen on to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 39: Caren Fern and hear about how Caren started her first business as a kid in Guyana, South America, and how that led to her graduating high school at age 14 with over $100,000 in her bank account that she started at school!
This podcast episode is so timely, because as I mentioned in an earlier blog post, as well as in my chat with Berni Xiong, I am dedicating January (and now maybe the entire first quarter of 2017, to the topic of MONEY), now that I am trying to help myself over a money block I had made for myself!
As usual, the Bold Moves Podcast Episode 39: Caren Fern! is available in the player embedded below! • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 38 Fearless Fridays 19: Maddy’s Challenge!
Happy Friday! This week was LONG for me - hopefully not so for you! I don't really have complaints, it was just extra packed with good things… Monday felt like it was about three days long, and so did Tuesday! I am excited to spend some time catching up on blogs and podcasts to get ahead again with editing over the weekend and maybe even next week in LA! Hopefully this particular edition of Bold Moves Podcast Episode 38 Fearless Fridays 19: Maddy's Challenge helps with that!
If you haven’t already listened to Monday’s episode with Maddy, you should probably take a minute to check it out! She has successfully hit the one-year mark of freelancing full time, and has some amazing tips on how to market yourself as well as how to make sure you are earning what you're worth, plus how to fairly negotiate if you aren't!

  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 36 Fearless Fridays 18 Berni’s Challenge!
Happy Friday - or at least some of us are happy it's Friday! For many others of us, since it is Inauguration Day and many are unhappy with the new administration, Friday could use a little more brightening than usual... Hopefully this particular edition Bold Moves Podcast Episode 36 Fearless Fridays 18 Berni's Challenge helps with that!
If you haven't already listened to Monday's episode with Berni, you should check it out! Her experiences with parental alienation as well as her journey to being a life coach from the corporate world are very fascinating and enlightening, and definitely give her a great background to help others to make it through similar issues!

  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 35: Berni Xiong!
Happy Monday! I hope the second full weekend of 2017 treated you well! This week, I am sharing a chat that took me a bit down memory lane, with another fellow former-Milwaukeean in a similar field! I met Berni Xiong a few years back, when I did makeup for a charity fashion show she was walking in as a local celebrity! In this interview, she is so giving and honest, and it was a true joy to learn from her! I truly hope you enjoy Bold Moves Podcast Episode 35: Berni Xiong!

  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 34 Fearless Fridays 17: Avery’s Challenge!
Who is ready for a slight challenge? Hopefully, you enjoyed Monday's episode and learning about how Avery Breyer changed her life from being a pharmacist to investing in real estate using none of her own money, to later using her financial freedom and skills as an author and freelance SEO ghost writer to enable her to travel the world with her husband and two children, working remotely from her laptop. If you haven't listened or watched yet, what are you waiting for? If you have, here it is - Bold Moves Podcast Episode 34 Fearless Fridays 17: Avery's Challenge!
Like last week, I still owe Neda’s Challenge and Derrick’s challenge, and I have started Jaimie’s, but only in a default sort of a way. I need to do it more intentionally, so that is my plan for now!
Now, I also owe from Rosanne & Madeline Stuart's challenge, though not for lack of trying! Rosanne challenged listeners to say hi to the next five people you see who have disabilities. I have seen two people in wheelchairs since the challenge was issued, and in order to make the challenge happen, I would have had to make the situation pretty awkward and chase them down! But the challenge and corresponding interview have renewed the importance of the necessary attention and stop of isolation there is, so I assure you - it will be on my mind and I will follow through when appropriate!
For Avery's challenge, I can't wait to hear what you choose! I will be showing you mine sometime this week on Instagram - stay tuned! After a bit of thought, I worried that it wasn't a very risky or challenging challenge, but then I remembered some statistics about the last time most adults have read a book, and realized that it is probably decently away from the edge of many people's comfort zones, or at least normal behavior! I ALSO thought that perhaps on Friday the 13th, playing it SLIGHTLY safe was not the worst idea ever!
Also, don't forget - Rosanne & Madeline Stuart's giveaway is still going, as is their wine fundraiser*, and you can also still of course enter Avery's giveaway to win one of her books!
So, what are you choosing for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 34 Fearless Fridays 17: Avery's Challenge!? Comment below!

  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 33: Avery Breyer!
Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 33: Avery Breyer! As I mentioned in my post last Wednesday, the focus for the beginning of 2017 for me is making more money, and managing what I have better. That sounds like a pretty great plan for someone who is getting married in six months, don't you think? I love the variety of guests I get to interview, because I can learn from different people in so many different industries, and with so many different mindsets! Much like my episode with Alan Harris, this one is more of the "let's get down to business and HOW you actually DO something" versus many that were more mindset-related! So without further ado, let's get acquainted with our second guest of 2017 and enjoy Bold Moves Podcast Episode 33: Avery Breyer!
As usual, the Bold Moves Podcast Episode 33: Avery Breyer! is available in the player embedded below! • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 32 Fearless Fridays 16: Rosanne & Madeline Stuart’s Challenge!
Happy Friday! Are you ready for the first weekend of 2017? It has been an exciting and fantastic year so far! How about Rosanne & Madeline Stuart's Challenge!? Are you ready for Rosanne & Madeline Stuart's Challenge!? If you're new to my blog, in addition to the posts in between about motivation, makeup, modeling, muscles and other miscellaneous stuff (this week - MONEY!), I post an interview on Mondays with someone who's done something outside of his or her comfort zone, and then that person gives a challenge on the following Friday to put your motivation and inspiration into action! Hence Rosanne & Madeline Stuart's Challenge!
If you haven't already, please go back to Monday's episode! Rosanne and Madeline Stuart are two extremely inspiring ladies, and I think you'd love to hear about their experiences and the special things they do for others! Madeline is the first professional model with Down's syndrome - and the modeling industry NEEDS people like her to challenge its lack of diversity! Rosanne is her amazing and inspiring mom, and she was so open and honest about everything that goes along with being the mother of an international supermodel who is also a champion for those who are bullied, isolated, or depressed!

There's also an amazing giveaway of the products I gave to my Bricemaids when I proposed to them (no, that is not a typo - click here to find out why!),
AND there's a link to a wine fundraiser* to benefit Rosanne and Madeline's favorite US-Based Charity, EmbraceKulture!
Make sure you check it out!
I usually like to share my progress with the activities from previous Fearless Fridays, but I am in serious debt in that department! As I mentioned last week, I have been running around like crazy because of the holidays, and I think that has landed me with a pretty nasty cold!
I still owe Neda's Challenge and Derrick's challenge, and I have started Jaimie's, but only in a default sort of a way. I need to do it more intentionally, so that is my plan for now!
Rosanne & Madeline Stuart's Challenge! is one that will be ongoing - there isn't a time limit, and it is dependent upon who you run into, so there's less pressure there - at least for me!
You can find Rosanne & Madeline Stuart's Challenge! either in the player below, or by searching "Bold Moves" in your favorite podcast app! A direct link to iTunes or Stitcher, the two most popular apps of which I'm aware, is here! Please leave me lovely ratings!
