Hiiii... I'm going to be posting sporadically for now, but I wanted to catch you all up to speed on what's been going on. I've been working on a secret project, while I'm still writing my book. A lot of exciting things to look forward to - but, let's giggle about my experiences at Savers and Joann Fabrics today and why I'm off socials right now. I LOVE CRAZY PEOPLE.

Anger is a VALID emotion - but when does it become TOO much?? How do we shift our perspectives on things? Why do we always feel the need to be validated by people? Why do we jump into confrontations that have nothing to do with us? How do we create boundaries with others without starting fights? WHY AM I SO EMOTIONAL?! Well... take a breath, and let's talk about it.

Growing is hard - you have to take accountability, learn from mistakes, try new things, and get hit in the face with your demons. During this growth period I’ve learned so much about myself, and continued to do the work so I can be the person I was always meant to be. So, this is what I’ve learned this past year, and why I’m done listening to the voice in my head that keeps telling me lies.

There is a definite difference in dating guys who are younger than you vs. older. I dated guys almost 10 years older than me and some who were 5-6 years younger. Within those relationships I learned a lot about myself and what I refuse to put up with in the future. We will be discussing why my last relationship ended, cheating, abuse, insecurities, why the podcast almost ended & why I do not give a fuck about the Oscars.
Enjoy.

TW: Talks of suicide, death, and abuse of minors.
Bullying has been around since forever, but with the increased access to social media it has only become worse. Our youth is subjected to not only in school bullying, but now the bullies can get them where it hurts, online. This is the story of Adriana and Mallory, only 14 and 12 years old when they decided to end their lives. These young girls gained national attention and shook many of us to our core. What you will hear is heartbreaking, but it is so important to note that this could have been prevented. The negligence displayed by adults who are in power to protect children, failed, absolutely failed these children.
**If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal thoughts please call or text 988 for help - you are not alone**
