We can go through stuff in this life and yet somehow still keep positive. Some find this impenetrable hopefulness and joy even through life's struggles. Yet again Dr. Cynthia uses another movie reference and this one is the timeless, Joe Dirt.

Joe Dirt's character is abandoned by his parents when he was just a kid. Even so, he kept looking for them his entire life and maintained this rosy outlook. The premise continues with his various adventures and misteps and his optimistic vision of the world somehow grows.

Of the many life lessons gleaned from this cult classic is that you can go through stuff and find the good in the situation. People can do some stupid stuff but people over all are good. And if you look you will find friends to help and support you along the way.

You can heal when someone hurts or disappoints you.You can come out better and stronger. You can do it with grace, ease, even humor! and through it all you may just become more optimistic.
