Who is Ana ?
I am… Ana – Ayurveda and Yoga Therapist, Holistic Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, and lecturer at the College of Ayurveda, UK.
Driven by the passion for the human body and its relationship with the mind, for the last 10 years I have been exploring and studying ancient old traditions, as well as modern scientific discoveries, for living a holistic (gr. holos meaning “whole”) and vibrant life by using food, breath and conscious movement. My heart still leaps each time I realise over and over again how lucky I am to have my biggest passions pave the way of my work.
With my roots on one of the Croatian most beautiful islands, I lived with my life companion in London, Blaricum (Netherlands), and now, with the addition of our son Val, we live in Slovenia, near lake Bled.
Balance is my mantra and I have found my life’s purpose to inspire people with ancient tools and techniques, supported in modern science, to achieve and maintain their own balance, in the body and in the mind.

Dr Prathima Nagesh obtained her degree (BAMS) from SDM College of Ayurveda, Udupi, India. She subsequently specialized in Panchakarma MD from SDM College of Ayurveda, Hassan, India. She is also trained in Clinical Research (GCSRT) from Harvard Medical School in 2020.
She is practising in the UK and Europe for more than 12yrs. She has a clinic in Essex, UK and also in Canary Wharf, London, UK. She is a lecturer for past 14yrs, and works at College of Ayurveda(Milton Keynes) and used to work at the Middlesex University London. Dr Prathima Nagesh is also a visiting expert at School van Ayurveda (school of Ayurveda) in Gent, Belgium. She is also a visiting Vaidya and lecturer in Ahimsa centre and Academy, Paris.

Dr Nagesh has a wealth of knowledge from a 7th generation family lineage in Ayurveda and Astrology.
