- Viajar desde mi pueblo hasta la ciudad de Maracay es todo un placer es un largo viaje ya que mi pueblo está ubicado en una zona bastante retirado del centro que sería Aragua, Carabobo, Caracas entre otros, gracias a la blockchai de #HIVE y la comunidad de Street Workout de Venezuela #SWC he podido junto a mis compañeros vivir increíble experiencia y aventuras con nuestra disciplina preferida fue todo un placer poder participar como jurado en la competencia organizada por #SWC gracias a el señor @eddiespino, @manuelramos y la señora @marlenyaragua por la oportunidad y el apoyo. Mi participación como jurado fue bastante fluida juntos a los demás jueces que son excelentes atletas la verdad fue una muy buena experiencia. #VamosPorMas

- Para mí fue todo un placer poder participar como jurado en la competencia organizada por #SWC gracias a el señor @eddiespino, @manuelramos y la señora @marlenyaragua por la oportunidad y el apoyo viajar desde mi pueblo hasta la ciudad de Maracay es un viaje largo pero lleno de aventuras a pesar de las negligencias del país podemos apreciar estás hermosas experiencias también muy importante gracias a la blockchai de #HIVE podemos darle vida a nuestro deporte dentro de la comunidad. Siempre son los atletas con más nivel competitivo los que son privilegiados para juzgar a los atletas que las competencias y versus por qué son los que tienen por así decirlo la base práctica y pedagoga de cada técnica en su ejecución. Cada jurado y competencia tiene un formato diferente de evaluación que se lleva acabo en los dichos versus el formato de #SWC es bastante práctico con una máxima Puntuación de 2.5 y una mínima de 0.5 de cada modalidad, bastante fluida la evaluación y competencia la pasé muy bien espero se repita. #VamosPorMas

- For me it was a pleasure to participate as a jury in the competition organized by #SWC thanks to Mr. @eddiespino, @manuelramos and Mrs. @marlenyaragua for the opportunity and support to travel from my village to the city of Maracay is a long journey but full of adventures despite the negligence of the country we can appreciate these beautiful experiences also very important thanks to the blockchai of #HIVE we can give life to our sport within the community. - Siempre es muy importante mantenerse activo así no tenga ánimo por qué uno se emociona en los entrenamientos, porque las ejecuciones no salen bien, eso frustra, desde allí nace en reto hacia uno mismo y uno empieza a entrenar con irá y con mucha motivación, porque uno no quiere que les salgan las cosas mal y lo práctica y lo práctica hasta que salga bien, el secreto está en retarse uno mismo.

- Está rutina es muy buena para los jalones estos ejercicios no es que me los inventé o me los copié, estos ejercicios son unos de los que aplicó en mis entrenamientos para fortalecer los jalones y el front level, pueden apreciar que a pesar de la experiencia y el dominio igual los ejercicios llevan esfuerzo para ejecutarlos, porque no es igual ejecutar una línea de estáticos que hacer una rutina de ejercicios avanzados siempre se dificulta un poco los ejercicios avanzados por mucho nivel que tenga el atleta. Entre ellos los ejercicios son mucle up: que son jalones y empuje de manera continúa, básicamente es subir a la barra y bajar de la manera ya explicada. Dominadas : son jalones de manera continúa para fortalecer los hombros y el tren superior. Tablilla: es un ejercicio isométrico, una combinación de de dominadas con positiva de front de manera continúa. Raices: son elevaciones de L-sit o elevar las piernas a la altura de la barra de manera repetitiva para fortalecer el abdomen. Dominadas en tuck: es un ejercicio avanzado de front level que es un estático que ayuda acercarse a la ejecución del estático. Dominadas australianas: son jalones en barra baja para fortalecer el tren superior para alcanzar ejercicios avanzados.

- Mi entrenamiento era desde lo más básico y me mantenía siempre en lo básico y trucos faciles por así decirlo, ahora con fuertes entrenamientos y mucha dedicación mi nivel a aumentado a un nivel que no me imaginaba pero siempre me obsesionaba con subir el nivel. Ahora mi entrenamiento es desde lo más difícil y me mantengo allí hasta que me agotó mucho y paso a lo básico y fundamental que son ejercicios que nos ayuda mucho a progresar, comparto dos líneas una en barra fija y otra en miniparalelas como demostración de lo que he logrado en los años de entretenimientos que llevo y seguiré mejorando mediante Dios, este deporte me ayuda mucho me motiva a seguir adelante y me da otra perspectiva de la vida.

- My training was from the most basic and always kept me in the basics and easy tricks so to speak, now with strong training and dedication my level has increased to a level that I did not imagine but I was always obsessed with raising the level. Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un poco de mi día de entrenamiento en un día domingo, normalmente los domingos son para descansar pero mis compañeros y mi persona lo aprovechamos para entrenar porque es un día que estamos más desocupado y tenemos tiempo para entrenar.

- Los días domingo los aprovechamos mis compañeros y mi persona para entrenar por la razón que los días de semana estamos ocupados, unos por el trabajo, estudios o quehaceres. Los días de semana entrenamos pero no con la misma concentración de los días domingos porque es un día uno está menos cargados de ocupaciones o compromiso y así uno se concentra más a diferencia de los días de semana que uno entrena poco tiempo y pendiente de terminar rápido para ir a hacer las ocupaciones, se que a muchos atletas se le dificulta organizarse para mantener se activo con los entrenamientos, es difícil pero si se puede. Es genial mantener se activo en el deporte.

- On Sundays my teammates and I take advantage of them to train because on weekdays we are busy, some of us because of work, studies or chores. On weekdays we train but not with the same concentration of Sundays because it is a day one is less loaded with occupations or commitment and so one is more concentrated unlike weekdays that one trains little time and pending to finish quickly to go to do the occupations, I know that many athletes find it difficult to organize themselves to keep active with training, it is difficult but you can. - Entrenar por disciplina tiene su lado positivo y su lado negativo, su lado positivo es que entrenas, te mantienes activo y tú recompensa será positiva, el lado negativo es que a veces entrenamos desanimado, frío mentalmente se podría decir que sin ganas solamente por responsabilidad y compromiso a uno mismo. A veces me pasa que sigo entrenando por compromiso y responsabilidad conmigo mismo, no es una obsesión. Es solamente amor propio, aparte de amor propio es la prueba de la responsabilidad y compromiso propio, es muy importante aplicar los valores en uno mismo debemos tener educación física en nosotros es muy bueno porque de esa manera marcamos la diferencia tanto físicamente y mentalmente, las personas que entrenamos por disciplina somos más fuertes. No solo es Street Workout y Calistenia puede ser cualquier disciplina deportiva mi consejo es que mantengan la motivación todo lo que pueda y muy importante no pierdan la disciplina.

- Training for discipline has its positive and negative side, its positive side is that you train, you stay active and your reward will be positive, the negative side is that sometimes we train discouraged, cold mentally you could say that without desire only by responsibility and commitment to oneself. Sometimes it happens to me that I keep training because of commitment and responsibility to myself, it is not an obsession. - Muchos me preguntan cómo deben de organizar sus entrenamientos y como deberían de entrenar para progresar rápido y si es bueno entrenar cuando les corresponde descansar, la verdad yo entreno de una manera que no prolongada, realmente no se muy bien como responder cuando me preguntan eso, porque para saber eso se debe de hacer varios análisis tanto como físicos y psicológicos, ya eso depende de uno mismo que analizarse, saber escuchar su propio cuerpo y saber cuando podemos seguir y cuando no. Es muy importante saber escuchar nuestro cuerpo para poder progresar siempre debemos llegar a el máximo y descansar a el máximo, debemos descansar todo lo que sea necesario para poder ganar fuerza, musculatura o en lo que se esté trabajando.

- Many people ask me how they should organize their workouts and how they should train to progress quickly and if it is good to train when it is time to rest, the truth is that I train in a way that is not prolonged, I really do not know how to answer when they ask me that, because to know that you must make several analyses both physical and psychological, and that depends on yourself to analyze yourself, know how to listen to your own body and know when we can continue and when we can not. - Siempre comparto mis experiencias en mis entrenamientos porque me motiva mucho ver qué a los atletas les agrada mi tipo de entretenimiento. Cómo siempre les cuento que mis entrenamientos son completos, mis rutinas son un tiempo de estiramiento, luego estáticos, freestyle y básicos. Este tipo de entretenimiento me agrada mucho porque me agota completamente y me da mucha resistencia.

- I always share my experiences in my workouts because it motivates me a lot to see that athletes like my type of entertainment.
