- Antes de entrenar calistenia y street workout, hago un poco de tricking soy nuevo haciendo esto pero le estoy agarrando la onda me gusta mucho la adrenalina y la satisfacción que da cuando práctico estás habilidades. Ya poco a poco estoy sacando nuevos trucos y ejecutando combinaciones, no son nada fácil porque da mucho miedo hacer un truco o combinar los pero poco a poco empiezan a salir, también hay que tener una buena base de fuerza porque las caídas pegan en los músculo, también hay que saber caer, siempre con las puntas de los pies para no causar daños en la cabeza.

Que realizan eventos competitivos de esta disciplina. Este aún es un deporte que sigue evolucionando.

- Los atletas de mi ciudad son bastante disciplinados y organizados con sus entrenamientos, tenemos la costumbre de hacer vs organizados por nosostros mismos para creo una rivalidad amistoso que nos motivar a mejorar para ser mejor. Eso nos da un insentivo para ser mejor y seguir entrenando, es muy importante para nosotros, no dejar de entrenar y cuidarnos mucho, es algo que nos ayuda mucho ser mejor persona porque así como somos responsables y disciplinados con los entrenamientos lo somos con nuestra vida.

- Un día de calistenicos en piscina, me gusta como suena me agrada que los calistenicos nos reunamos en lugares donde podamos disfrutar y pásala bien como la playa, piscina, montañas, lagos, ríos, bosques entre otros lugares hermosos donde podamos sacar buenas tomas y compartirlas para motivar a todos. Este deporte no solo da buena vista por el buen cuerpo que consigues si no también por la habilidades que haces y las puedes combinar con cualquier paisaje. Me agrado mucho este día lo disfruté mucho.

- La aventura comienza desde que salimos desde nuestra ciudad, San Fernando de Apure hasta el estado Aragua a la ciudad de Maracay para dirigirnos a la competencia organizada por #SWC, gracias a @manuelramos y al señor @eddiespino por todo. Cuando llegamos a la ciudad de Maracay de 5 horas de viaje, descansamos y luego vamos a el parque las ballenitas dónde de realizó la competencia, estuve acompañado desde la ciudad de San Fernando con mis compañeros @bertnez, @jisus-swyc y @alexandersw020, participé en el jurado con @alvis-sw, @jisus-swyc, @victorg30 y mi persona @manuelcancine, fue una gran experiencia me divertí muchísimo disfrute los versus me alegra que los atletas de mi país estén cada vez más fuerte. #VamosPOrMas #VenezuelaSWC

- Mi día de entrenamiento donde hago freestyle y algunas combinaciones fue genial, la verdad me gusta compartir mucho lo que son mis combinaciones donde combinó los estáticos con los dinámicos, me gusta mucho entrenar en barra fija, mis prácticas favoritos son el las barras fija y en las paralelas, hay muchos atletas que les gusta las minisparalelas y el suelo en mi caso me gusta mucho la barra fija y las paralelas, me gusta hacer combinaciones completas con estáticos y dinámicos son mis preferidas.

- La full plancha es un es un ejercicio avanzado que ejecutan o realizan los atletas con mucho dominio de su propio peso corporal. Este ejecución consiste en realizar una línea estática, empujando tu cuerpo con técnica de protraccion escapular y retroversion pélvica para ejecutar el ejercicio de manera limpia y completa. Esta técnica es muy famosa porque la hacen mucho los gimnastas y los calistenicos, en mi criterio la full plancha es el estáticosm más llamativo que hay, amo sus variaciones y dificultades que demuestran que se tiene dominio en el estático. Sus progresiones que empiezan desde la lean plancha hasta la straddle plancha son ejercicios básicos de la full plancha que te acercan a sacar la full plancha, los estáticos son técnicas que se practican de manera progresiva desde el ejercicio más básico hasta lograr el objetivo. Yo recomiendo fortalecer las zonas que el estático afecta, por ejemplo los hombros, abdomen y espalda es bueno fortalecer para tener una base resistente a la carga estático que se ejecutaran, porque son técnicas avanzandas que afecta mucho el los músculos y los tendones por la tensión que se mantiene.

- The full plank is an advanced exercise that is performed by athletes with a lot of control of their own body weight. This execution consists of performing a static line, pushing your body with scapular protraction technique and pelvic retroversion to execute the exercise in a clean and complete way. This technique is very famous because it is done a lot by gymnasts and calisthenics, in my opinion the full plank is the most striking static there is, I love its variations and difficulties that show that you have mastery in the static. Its progressions that start from the lean plancha to the straddle plancha are basic exercises of the full plancha that bring you closer to the full plancha, the statics are techniques that are practiced progressively from the most basic exercise to achieve the goal. I recommend strengthening the areas that the static affects, for example the shoulders, abdomen and back is good to strengthen to have a resistant base to the static load that will be executed, because they are advanced techniques that greatly affect the muscles and tendons by the tension that is maintained.

- A muchos atletas nos pasa que perdemos la motivación y no nos dan ganas de entrenar por las emociones de frustración y decepción de uno mismo. Uno se mentaliza un un nivel que quiere tener, ya ese es el objetivo de uno, es una metal personal pero cuando tenemos tiempo trabajando en eso y aún no lo conseguimos empezamos a frustrarnos y a perder las ganas de seguir. Me pasó cuando ví mis videos de cuando empecé me di cuenta que si he progresado, recordé que de eso se trata de progresos hasta llegar a lo que quiero. Me he vuelto a enfocar y concentrarme a entrenar al 100%, como dije de vuelta a el juego es una forma de decir que voy con todas las ganas a competir, entrenar, intentar cosas nuevas y a cumplir mi meta mediante Dios. #SWC #HIVE #VamosPorMas

- It happens to many athletes that we lose motivation and we do not feel like training because of the emotions of frustration and disappointment of oneself. One mentalizes a level you want to have, and that is the goal of one, it is a personal metal but when we have time working on it and still do not get it we begin to get frustrated and lose the desire to continue. It happened to me when I saw my videos from when I started, I realized that I have made progress, I remembered that this is what progress is all about until I get to what I want. - Mi transformación en el Street Workout y Calistenia. Muchos saben que progresar en este deporte no es nada fácil, tener nivel requiere de duros entrenamientos por un largo tiempo. Vi mis videos del 2018 son algo viejo como pueden ver tiene la calidad muy baja mi nivel no es nada comparado con el que tengo ahora. Me motive mucho y decidí hacer este contenido y compartirlo con ustedes, siempre he entrenado por santificación propia hasta que conocí las competencias. Ahora quiero competir y ganar, la satisfacción de las competencias son muy bonitas me motiva mucho más. #SWC #HIVE #VamosPorMas
