La generante del lugar es muy amable, me explicó el concepto de comida sanadora y saludable que promueve el establecimiento y me invitó a degustar un exquisito Te de KomBucha, como no había almorzado, me animé a probar las famosas empanadas que venden ahí, acá en este corto video les comparto un poco de la experiencia.

En este video podrás disfrutar de la ruta que realicé, las paradas que hice para tomar varias fotografías y el momento en el que llego a la pequeña redoma que se encuentra en la meta. Este cerro cuenta con un mirador que te proporciona una vista 360° hacia lo que es gran parte de la zona norte de la ciudad de Valencia.

Cabe destacar que realicé esta ruta en horas de la tarde, duré casi 48 minutos en llegar al mirador principal, ya que hice varias paradas, esperé que cayera la noche para tomar muchas fotografías. Me sorprendió mucho que el gym estaba abarrotado de usuarios, muchos usuarios estaban hoy en la tarde y en horas de la noche, esto hizo que no pudiera grabar el entrenamiento inicial de pecho, logré grabar al menos el entrenamiento para la espalda, así que espero les agrade esta rutina y se animen a realizarla.
