Her articles, essays and poetry have appeared in various publications around the country.   Frank Zane is bodybuilding's most highly educated champion holding Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree in psychology from three different universities.  He holds a California Lifetime Teaching Credential in all high school subjects earned while teaching mathematics in public schools. He operates Zane Experience, a bodybuilding teaching facility in San Diego and has written many books the most recent being Symmetry and High Def Body.
