Every day, and actually every moment, we choose what energy we radiate, what energy we nurture in our heart.
We can choose to enjoy love, spontaneity, and the beauty of creation. We can choose to let those energies be alive and vibrant in our heart.
Joy is wherever we are, for joy is the light, love, and union with all that is.
