  • From Control to Vulnerability: Healing Chronic Pain & Relationship Through Somatics with Lynn Snyder

In this deeply honest conversation, Lynn shares how somatic healing transformed not only her relationship with chronic physical pain but also the way she experiences herself and those she loves.

After decades of navigating high levels of responsibility and unconsciously repeating relationship patterns rooted in the drama triangle of hero, victim and villain, Lynn began discovering a new way of relating to her body and her inner world through somatic coaching.

Together, we explore how early family dynamics shaped the roles she learned to play, how control became a form of protection and what shifted as she developed greater somatic awareness. Through curiosity, compassion and embodied healing, Lynn has cultivated deeper self-trust, healthier boundaries, more authentic relationships and a profound connection with her body.

Her story is a beautiful reminder that healing is possible at any stage of life and that changing the relationship with ourselves changes the relationships around us.

    • Lynn's journey from chronic physical pain to a deeper connection with her body
    • How childhood family dynamics shaped lifelong protective patterns
